The Jones Group

Research Interests

The Jones group, led by Dr Garth A. Jones, has a broad range of theoretical and computational interests within Chemical Physics and Chemistry. Topics of particular interest include: excited state dynamics, light-molecule interactions, quantum dynamical models of ultrafast ultrabroadband 2D electronic spectroscopy, open quantum systems, and quantum information theory. The group currently consists of one senior postdoctoral associate, three postgraduate research students, and a broad range of experimental and theoretical collaborators from across the departments of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
